GOVT. NOD TO MVNOS, CALL RATES LIKELY TO GO DOWN

The Government has allowed entry of Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNO) - service providers who offer their services without owning spectrum but buys air time from licensed players. The detailed guidelines will be issued after it receives response from TRAI on some issues.
