AVAILING CENVAT CREDIT

A division bench of the Bombay high court has allowed the appeal of Tata Motors and reiterated that even in respect of job work where the final product is dutiable, Cenvat Credit can be availed of. The appeal was against the order of the Customs, Excise & Service Tax Appellate Tribunal.
