RBI DISCLOSURE ON REALITY LOANS
In view of the recent observation of Bombay High Court, RBI has asked banks while granting finance
to non-banking finance companies for housing / development projects, should stipulate as a part of
the terms and conditions that the builder / developer / owner / company would disclose in the pamphlets / brochures / advertisements etc. the name(s) of the entity to which the property is mortgaged.
