HOME LOAN SUBSIDY EASED

One percent interest subvention on housing loans up to Rs15 lakhs, compared with Rs10 lakhs at present. The subvention will be given when the total cost of the house is less than Rs25 lakhs. Currently, this limit is set at Rs20 lakhs.
