TRAI MAKES PER-SECOND PHONE BILLING MANDATORY

The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has made it mandatory for operators to
offer at least one tariff plan based on per-second billing. Operators are free to offer up to 25 tariff plans but at least one should be on per-second pulse.
