QFIs allowed to buy Corporate Debt, Window open to 11 more Countries

With the inclusion of all member nations of the Gulf Co-operation Council and the European Commission, Qualified Foreign Investors(QFIs) from 45 countries will be able to invest in Indian
equities, debt mutual funds and corporate bonds as against 34 earlier.
