NHB RAISES REFINANCE RATE FOR THIRD TIME THIS FISCAL

The National Housing Bank (NHB), the apex body for promoting and regulating housing finance companies (HFCs), has increased its refinance rate yet again by 50-150 basis points (bps). This is likely to result in firming up of housing loan rates marginally.
