SC WON'T ASK SEBI TO RECONSIDER OFFENCE COMPOUNDING PLEA

The Supreme Court said that any direction to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to
reconsider the plea for compounding of offences will open up a floodgate of litigations against the market regulator.
