CAR CAN BE IMPORTED FOR R & D

For limited purpose of carring out endurance test, evaluation test and for other testing purposes as a part of Research & Development activity, the Vehicle manufactures and auto component manufactures are allowed to import vehicles including cars. The Vehicles as procured shall be required to register in terms of the applicable CMVR Rules.
