CBI sharing Coal Probe Report has shaken Investigation Process : Apex Court

The Comptroller & Auditor General draft report alleges that government offered coal blocks without auction causing a loss of Rs 10.67 Lakhs crores. It also blames Prime Minister Manmohan Singh for wrongdoings.
