Accounts Signing

Financial Statements to be signed at least by

  • Chairperson of the company, if authorized by Board of Directors; or
  • 2 directors including MD (Managing Director), where there is one &
  • CEO (Chief Executive Officer) if he is a Director,
  • CFO (Chief Financial Officer) and CS (Company Secretary), wherever they are appointed
  • ACCOUNTS & AUDIT  In case of OPC balance sheet and statement of profit and loss to be signed by 1 director only
