NCLT allows compounding of offence for delay in appointment of women director

National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad bench held that where there was delay in appointing woman director and application was filed for compounding of offence, same was to be permitted for company and all its directors though application for compounding was filed by company and two of its directors on payment of penalty by each of directors.
