Software loading into Bluetooth device doesn't amount of manufacture:AAR

Authority for Advance Rulings, New Delhi held that loading of business software into Bluetoothenabled 'Nucleus Device' pre-embedded with basic input-output system for use as 'cashless currency transmitting apparatus' does not amount to manufacture under Central Excise law.
