India Inc will soon get to issue ` bonds abroad

Given global investors' appetite for Indian debt, the Reserve Bank of India is planning to allow India Inc to issue rupee-denominated bonds in overseas markets. "We are going to open up the possibility of Indian corporations issuing rupee bonds abroad. We are going to allow large corporations to issue abroad so that the paper can be traded abroad," said RBI Governor.
