User Consent mandatory for Activation/ Deactivation of Data

The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has proposed that data services should be activated or deactivated only with the explicit consent of the subscriber through toll free short code 1925.Any company intending incorporation can now apply for Permanent Account Number and Tax Deduction and Collection Account Number in Form INC-7 prescribed under section 7(1) of Companies Act, 2013
